I think you missed the point.
Hippie’s not trying to belittle the importance of the issue to that of Net Neutrality.

It looks to me like Hippie just wanted to point out that we may not even have knowledge of certain serious events (like the one outlined on this page) if it weren’t for the fact that the Internet still bears some of that “neutrality” we’re currently in danger of losing if we’re not paying attention.

If anything, there’s a reminder here that Net Neutrality needs to be preserved, in order to avoid being “dumbed down” on the Internet much the same way the Mainstream has been doing for years with other media. In effect, without Net Neutrality, MORE people could be dying in the future, as those who would oppress and subvert others would be completely under the radar, without that “bothersome worry” of public scrutiny.

And without an open , uncensored, internet you never would have heard about
any of it. Net neutrality isn’t really that important, is it ?
