This could get interesting... one could argue that it&#039;s obvious the intent of this kit is to encourage the development of file sharing applications. I would love to see the MPAA/RIAA go up againt Microsoft. Talk about a battle of the titans.

Heh, but then Microsoft could just pull the plug on all the Windows OSes the MPAA/RIAA are using in their organization. After all, you don&#039;t own the software, just a license to use it. Microsoft retains the right to say &quot;you can&#039;t use this anymore&quot; at any point. Read the EULA carefully.

I can&#039;t wait. =)

		<description>What is it about a microsoft p2p program that makes me somewhat distrustful.  Somehow I get the feeling that there is some kind of means of monitoring or a backdoor that microsoft can use to avoid liability should INDUCE pass.  </description>
