lol, exactly what I was going to say.

This could get interesting… one could argue that it’s obvious the intent of this kit is to encourage the development of file sharing applications. I would love to see the MPAA/RIAA go up againt Microsoft. Talk about a battle of the titans.

Heh, but then Microsoft could just pull the plug on all the Windows OSes the MPAA/RIAA are using in their organization. After all, you don’t own the software, just a license to use it. Microsoft retains the right to say “you can’t use this anymore” at any point. Read the EULA carefully.

What is it about a microsoft p2p program that makes me somewhat distrustful. Somehow I get the feeling that there is some kind of means of monitoring or a backdoor that microsoft can use to avoid liability should INDUCE pass.
