Case in point: There have been teenagers who have been arrested with "child pornography" for having pictures of themselves in the nude. While it is very stupid of these children to have done something like that, another very possible situation, would be a parent videotaping a 8 year old son/daughter signing to their heart's content in the shower during their vacation overseas- because it was cute- and being arrested for the video at the US borders.
