I believe that what you are proposing is a step in the right direction. Australia has some agents who are striking back at would be scammers and they are succeeding. These scammers need to be stopped dead in their tracks. I have read a book just printed by Eloquent Books called ' Scammers Among Us Beware', which can be viewed on Amazon.com. It is a self help guide on scams and fraud. It is a compiled data of agencies from the USA, Canada, the UK, and Interpol. View this book it may even give you some ideas if not help for those who have been scammed or are about to be. Yes Canada does need some laws to prevent spam and so does the USA, if not the whole world where the English language is read and or spoken. Interpol has been pushing for years to stop these parasites. We need to wake up and do something about it fast. The above book can be purchased from BN.com as well as at www.eloquentbooks.com/ScammersAmongUsBeware.html. Thank you.
