		<description>I&#039;m from Cape Breton, and, to me, this had to be the most ridiculous trademark argument there ever was.  Imagine, the idea that something from NOVA SCOTIA might be perceived as &quot;sounding Scottish&quot;?!?

I&#039;m starting to wonder if there are any legitimate uses of our courts lately.
The fact that they would even hear such a case is beyond me.</description>
