		<description>The levies were placed for personal backups/copies, kinda like making your own personal mixtape or CD for the car or Walkman(TM).

They&#039;ve been updated to include HDD&#039;s and flash sticks as well.  But it has to be removable, so an iPod is out, even though technically it&#039;s no different than a portable HDD.
