But, “Even in the face of growing pressure from the West, the Chinese government said yesterday that it will not back down on plans to launch a mandatory filtering program,” says the Christian Science Monitor.

Wikileaks points to a ZIP file which provides a web page and associated computer code, that can be used to remotely take control of any computer system running the Green Dam software.
