p2pnet.net News:- A 13-year-old boy was arrested in Taiwan for allegedly running an online sexual services site and recruiting minors to join it, says an Agence France-Presse report.

The "elementary and junior high school students enjokosai ring" had more than 100 young members, "according to reports in several newspapers," says AFP.

However, this is nothing new.

"Enjokosai," or "assisted relationships," is a Japanese term used to refer to sexual services provided by teenage girls in exchange for money or other valuables, says a 2000 Taiwan Headlines story, going on:

"[...] the Internet is helping to make ‘enjokosai’ popular among Taiwan’s teenage girls, youth advocates say."

The boy could face up to five years in a juvenile correctional facility if convicted, adds AFP.

China recently announced that if Chinese porn site is "clicked" more than 250,000 times, its owners could be jailed for life.
