Transformers: Revenge of the Bird!
p2pnet news view | Movies:- Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is on track to make even more than the original Transformers,” says the Los Angeles Times, going on:
“And it could well contend for at least as many Oscars as the first film.”
BUUUUUUT —- “unlike Transformers which earned good enough reviews to score 61 at Meta Critic and a very respectable 68 at Rotten Tomatoes, the sequel has been savaged by the critics.”
But the only people who hear about the critics are the Hollywood moguls — and the critics.
My daughter, Emma (13 next month), and a bunch of her home-school friends went to see T2 when it opened. They all thought it was great. Like, what could be bad about a bunch of humanised trucks and cars?
heh
Meanwhile, “Dad, you need to see this,” said Emma in an email.

THere are parts of the movie I could have done without. I for one was not a fan of one of the robots. I dont want to mention what robot it was cause it will be a poiler but the first you see of the robot is a tail. The movie could have done without the pot brownies and the sexual inuendos. Sure its for a bit of comic relief but there are kids still watching the show. I still think there is way to much detail to the robots.

Personally I was never a big Transformers fan, I wish they’d gone with another robot franchise such as Gundam, Macross, or Battletech(Mechwarrior)
