Diana Ross possible guardian to Jackson kids
p2pnet news view Music:- Diana Ross has been named as a possible guardian for Michael Jackson’s three children.
“The late King of Pop’s will, dated July 7, 2002, says Ross should take custody of his children if his mother is unable to,” says Sky News, going on:
“Katherine Jackson, 79, is currently looking after the late star’s children. The will says if she dies before Michael or is incapacitated, Ross, 65, should get full custody.”
Jackson’s will, “also completely cuts out his ex-wife, Debbie Rowe, according to court records,” says the story, adding, “The documents say his entire estate should go to the Michael Jackson Family Trust, which when written in 2002 was valued at £300m ($500m).”
His will says he, “intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife, Deborah Rowe Jackson,”says the BBC, continuing »»»
Rowe married Jackson in 1996 but filed for divorce in 1999. She gave up custody rights to the children but sought them again in 2003.
They agreed a settlement in 2006 but the terms were never disclosed.
She is the biological mother of Jackson’s eldest children – Michael Joseph Jackson Jr, known as Prince Michael, 12, and Paris Michael Katherine Jackson, 11.
Jackson’s youngest son, seven-year-old Prince Michael II, “was born to a surrogate mother whose identity has never been revealed,” says the story.
