SCO: girding its loins

p2pnet.net News:- An anonymous /. reader says, ""Now it gets interesting. According to this report, it looks as if SCO is preparing to accuse IBM of fraud, and has even opened up a web site to counter the runaway success of Groklaw.

"SCO’s expensive attorneys Boies and Silver are apparently going to file a motion asking the court to unseal most of the documents that are currently under seal, in the hope that certain of IBM’s e-mails will be seen by the outside world to tell a story about AIX, Dynix, and Project Monterey that implicates IBM in, well to be blunt, fraud. Groklaw is certain to have its own distinct view about this latest development of course."

pffft, I’m sure this latest SCO revelation will rank right up there with the briefcase full of millions of lines copied character by character from unix to linux….where’s the copyright infringment now, what’s that SCO?? it’s all about contracts now?!?!? you never mentioned IP before?? Too bad your mouthpiece Darl is qouted all over the place.

Oh and the days of saying one thing in one courtroom in one state and then saying something contradicting in another are OVER!!

IBM will soon crush this annoying gnat and then hopefully follow the trail back to MS…then we’ll get to see a truly epic legal battle and one more dominoe fall for MS.

    TT

No matter what SCO Does, It still will banish in time.
