8-gig memory chip
p2pnet.net News:- Samsung says it’s developed the first 60-nanometer, 8-gig NAND Flash memory chip to allow storage of up to 16 hours of DVD quality video or 4,000 mp3 audio files or songs on a single memory card, with all that implies.
Mass production of the 8Gb NAND chips will begin late next year, following the first-quarter 2005 launch of the 4Gb NAND flash memory device, it says, according to an Agency France Presse report, which continues:.
"The high density, double-data-rate or DDR2 chip will enhance server and workstation performance and enable faster deployment of memory-intensive applications such as real-time video conferences, remote medical services, two-way communications and 3-D graphics,."
Samsung plans to launch mass production of the 80-nano process, 2Gb DDR2 SDRAMs in the second half of 2005, says AFP.

I have a pocket full of New Music CD’s and somebody thinks that it is something that they can scare me away from and I just think if I can not live my life peacefully they have to stop my brain and the music I write comes from me. i am supposed to meet with somebody tomarrow at 11:30 am so I got to do my part, and if that was you and I already doubt it.
