		<description>Let us not forget that as  USA-based company, Google is forced to practice another form of censorship. Google removes from its search results any website that is accused of violating any provisions of the DMCA. As a result, search results for many popular P2P-related topics may end up with the most popular and sought-after sites removed from the listings. 

China might keep a tight lid on political dissent, but otherwise, as far as P2P file-sharing goes, China is probably a much more open and free country than the USA.</description>
