Gary could then plead guilty if he wished. The CPS and the DPP has the power to take over any private prosecution but if they do that, they will either have to continue with it to judgment, stay the proceedings or offer no evidence ie of course if Gary pleads not guilty. Any of those outcomes would prevent his extradition to the US of A. He left cyber notes that the security was in his words "Crap". The security couldn't have been very secure or he would not have been able to get in where ever he was. I sure hope this situation gets straighten out, it seems that Gary has learned a very severe lesson, he didn't lie about what he did, why not cut him some slack? Let the U.K. handle this as they have, or to my understanding of the article have handled situations like this before. The U.S. already has enough on her plate to deal with, why pile more on un-necessarily. Just my opinion for what it's worth, God Bless at God Speed.
