Even if the kid was 100% innocent, there is always a way to spin an event to make your opponent to look bad. This is even easier if you control part of the media. Unfortunately the headline would probably read “Suspected music thief commits suicide in remorse over getting caught stealing from artists”

The suicide would be taken as a confessionary proof of the case against the victim. Even if the kid was 100% innocent, there is always a way to spin an event to make your opponent to look bad. This is even easier if you control part of the media.

The Internet can’t solve this problem ether, the truth is out there somewhere, but it’s commonly buried under so much truthful seeming crap that you’ll never be able to tell it apart.
