RIAA vs Joel Tenenbaum on Twitter
p2pnet news view RIAA | P2P:- The RIAA has managed to keep video out of the courtroom for its bid to hang Joel Tenenbaum out to dry.
But there’s still Twitter which, in many respects, is as good, if not better.
With a video, you have to watch the whole thing.
With Twitter (and similar micro-blogs) you get news and events in short, easy-to-assimilate, bursts.
Says the Tenenbaum Twitter, “moving into jury selection Gertner permits @debbierosenbaum as attorney. #JFB”
On her Twitter page Debbie, one of Tenenbaum’s team of Harvard law students working under the guidance of Harvard law professor Charlie Nesson, and who’s also been handling most of Tenenbaum’s PR and media, says of herself, “everything you need in the courtroom, the boardroom, and the bedroom …”

two rulings still pending as we come to the last business day before trial: sj on fair use, sup ct petition for dispensation from rule 83:<)
sup ct (alioto) says no to the digital public. the trial can generate no bits. summary judgment taking fair use from jury still undecided:<|
palfrey taken away – devastating :<(
deeply unhappy to be starting this trial in digital secrecy: shamed for the law to see it done by judicial edict. i feel contempt of court:|
wham, at 1:37 a.m. of the morning of trial, the judge takes the issue of fairness away. it just can’t be that what joel did was fair:<(
Ray Beckerman is also following the tweets on recording Industry vs The People, also pointing out Joel has his own Twitter page.
I’m going to try to do regular updates on all four as this progresses.
So stay tuned …

I would love it if somebody secretly record the audio of the proceeding and post it on internet so as to expose what bags of crap these “Entertainment” executives are.
As far as I am concern these “People” are waste of spaces and deserve to be eradicated like the parasites they are.
Same goes for the lawers who have no hetic and no moral standard for accepting to do all of this shit.
Nobody never walk away with anything and if they think they can do all of these evil stuffs without consequences they are serioulsy delusional.
