I have been puttin all of my efforts together to complete my project in full. There are still some presentage details that I have not figured out yet and I have to figure out how to research this,... I NEED YOUR HELP. You said have faith and I still have faith after all of these years,... that happens to be my main line of PROCEEDING WITH PROGRESS! So, I want to ask you how are you doing,.... there is no answer like in the movie "Forgoten," people might think I am all the way out of the game and out of bounds, without any knowledge of my own boundaries in a simple game of twenty one.
I HAVE TO REPAIR MY CREDIT. I AM TRYING TO GET THIS PLACE SO I CAN SAY GOODBYE TO THE STREETS AND CONTINUE TO PROCEED WITH PROGRESS FOR ALL OF THE COPYWRITES TO ALL OF THESE CD's I HAVE COMPLETE. I WISH I KNEW WHERE I COULD PITCH THESE R&B SLOW JAMFEST NEW-MUSIC SONGS ALONG WITH THESE R&B CROSSED WITH DISCO AND FUNK PARTY SONGS FOR SAFE KEEPING,..... CAUSE I CAINT BELEAVE HOW LONG I HAVE KEPT THIS STUFF AND KEPT IT ALL SAFE ON THE STREETS MYSELF,..... AND I HAVE BEEN PAYING VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO EVERYBODY AND EVERYTHING ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT LONG. EACH 168 HRS BREAKS DOWN INTO A TIME AT HAND STRATEGIC MISSION THAT IS SO RESOURCEFULL I HAVE TO KEEP ON TELLING MYSELF TO THINK BETTER, CAUSE I THINK THAT MY THINKING HAS COMPLETLY CHANGED OR HAS STARTED DOING SO AND I AM MORE IN TUNE WITH MYSELF FOR SOME REASON,..... STRAIGHT UP. YOUR LOVE TO LOVE YA CAUSE YOU KNOW THE REST. PEACE, AND I APPOLOGIZE FOR MISSING OUT ON MY MOMENTS THAT I WANTED AND USUALLY WOULD HAVE TO SEAZE WITH YOU LAST WEEK, WHILE I WAS NOT DRINKING ALCOHOL, AND NOT SELLING DRUGS, AND NOT GOING ANY WHERE NEAR ANYBODY THAT WAS COMMITTING ANY CRIMES, BECAUSE I AM FUND RAISING WITHOUT IT. SIMPLE CHOICES SEE AND IT DOES COST AND THERE WILL BE SOME SACRAFICES LET KEEP IT REAL,.... THAT MEAN BE FOR REAL TO ME,... AND TRY YOUR BEST.

"At that point it would be up to the record label to determiine if 'interdiction' was a policy they wanted to continue supporting."

Let's not forget that these are the record companies
that sue their customers for allowing others to sample their music.
They clearly do not care for their fans.

At the moment, Overpeer pays for their bandwidth out and the individuals pay for their bandwidth in. This is fine. This issue though is just a general thing, do we as a society want a company to use the profits they earn to essentially waste bandwidth by distributing files which are not what the user wants?

It's would be a fascinating stat for BigChampagne to determine how many bandwidth hours and bandwidth totals Terrabytes are produced by Overpeer and related companies. Retspan/Media Defender and there are others who are all doing this 'interdiction'.

Bandwidth is bought and everyone can do with it as they wish. This is obvious by Overpeer's existance and the existance of the downloaders. One way to get rid of or lessen the reach of an organization like Overpeer is to inform the masses who then complain to everyone. Imagine if all the fans of the latest pop band got tired of downloading spoofs and publicly said they we're not going to support this band anymore because of the spoofing files. At that point it would be up to the record label to determiine if 'interdiction' was a policy they wanted to continue supporting.

Overpeer is currently a several million dollar operation if that grows ten-fold cash wise, their output bandwidth wise could increase 1,000 fold. People speculate that a significant portion of all of Kazaa's content is Overpeer spoofing files, with a larger cash revenue they could flood all the networks. In a strange way they could be responsible for, let's just say, 30% of all internet traffic. It would be really funny if interdiction companies we're responsible for most of internet traffic.

As the stats currentlly stand, Overpeer is the most successful music artist ever. They have 25 Billion downloads a month. Music artists win awards for selling a million albums. Overpeer's got a BILLION downloads. that's something special. I wish i could listen to the complete Overpeer library.

anyway i love Overpeer and Senator Orrin Hatch

The bandwidth issue always seems to be over-looked. Who pays for it?

I disagree there has been nothing covert about Overpeer's actions. They term their spoofs 'interdiction' and this has been constant for a long time. They've even got a patent to legitamize their actions. The spoofing files seem to be a deterent to the casual Kazaa user. Personally i love these files i've been collecting them for several years now. you can read/listen to the ones i've been handed here:
http://noneinc.com/RIAAEM/
I'm always looking for more examples. There are two companies which have an application which will search your recently downloaded files and remove the spoofs, they ask for submittals so if you contact them they can give you a bigger library of Overpeer content.
Someone on a peerguardian forum had documented a list of files from an Overpeer IP found on a p2p program. they had made a big list of those files. the key now is to take that information and figure out which companies and which artists continue to use Overpeer's services and make that public, since Overpeer will not say who their clients are.

Overpeer in their press releases state:

http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/040929/sfw030_1.html
"Loudeye currently protects more than 60,000 digital entertainment titles"
"Loudeye experiences 25 billion digital download hits against its servers, effectively blocking the illicit distribution of copyrighted material across 200 million unique user sessions."

That's alot of wasted bandwidth in my opinion.
