		<description>The court decided the judge wasn&#039;t corrupt, but they still get an appeal as normal. If the judge were to be found guilty the process would have to be repeated at the same low level court. Now it goes to a higher court. This is better anyway since both parties would go for an appeal anyway and the repeat would be a waste of time.</description>

		<description>weren&#039;t the tpb guys sentenced to prison. and since they can&#039;t get an appeal, even though the judge is corrupt, have they already been sent to prison? because if they have, i don&#039;t understand how they can still post blog entries and send emails. and how can they be working on the sale of tpb is they&#039;re in prison?

can a swedish governor govern from a prison cel?l

are they going to prison, or not? of course i don&#039;t want them to go to prison, but i just don&#039;t understand the swedish justice system.</description>
