Turn your PC into a MAC?

p2pnet.net News:- If, for some reason, you wanted to transform your PC into a virtual MAC, you can.

For $50.

The MXS CherryOS was created to, “turn a PC into a Macintosh clone, and to run MacOS and Macintosh applications directly on the PC,” says MXS.

“You benefit from the lower cost and faster speed of the PC, and still keep the use of your Macintosh applications.”

CherryOS allows you to install Apple’s Panther on the x86 computer architecture so you can run it as a virtual machine on your Windows PC, promises MXS, adding:

“This virtual machine has full network capabilities including the ability to share folders and access the web. The virtual machine also has complete access to the computer’s hardware resources including, Hard Drive, CPU, RAM, Firewire, USB, PCI, PCMIA BUS and RJ45/Ethernet and Modem.”

something that they usually neglect to tell you is that these virtual machine emulators will make your computer run very slow.
