Pirate Bay crew don’t owe $4 million

p2pnet news view Freedom | P2P:- “Thanks for this! I was starting to think I was the only idiot who can`t understand what is going on.”

That’s regular comment poster Jazz over in the UK in her Reader’s Write to a p2pnet story which says, well, we don’t understand what’s going down. Or up. Or backwards or sideways.

But while followers of The Pirate Bay saga try to keep track of events, there’s excellent news for the site’s  (former?) main men.

In April Warner Music Group and EMI, among others, wanted the Swedish government collection agency to grab some 30 million Swedish Kronor, (about $4 million)  from the trio.

“This was the amount the media firms were awarded by a Swedish judge after finding four men associated with The Pirate Bay — Peter Sunde Kolmisoppi (top), Fredrik Neij (left), Gottfried Svartholm Warge) (centre), and Carl Lundstrom — guilty of copyright violations,” says CNet News.

But yesterday,  Di.se reported the agency, “can’t find anything to collect for Neij, Warg, and Lundstrom,” says the story, adding:

“In addition and perhaps most importantly, the bailiff rejected claims made by the media companies that Reservella, the firm listed as the official owner of The Pirate Bay, is a shell company controlled by The Pirate Bay founders.”

    Haha!

So another judge invalidated the first trial by just establishing that the Pirate bay has never been for profit and made no money.

So the music parasites conspiracy did not worked and all the money they spent to bride judges cops and government officials is lost and has no effect save for puting these corporations of terrorists a little bit closer to BK.

    Owhahahahahahahahahahaha!

Good move! All they managed to do is keep TBP partially out of the web for few hours!

meanwhile the new TBP ships (there is now 3!) are sailing away and I just downloaded some torrents from one of them. And no. These torrents and their associated trackers information are not the property of the entertainment parasites. And no you can not play them or watch them! This was a lie!

(The claim that the pirate bay was and is for profit is a lie too. The crime of helping in copyright infringement does not exist in Sweden. They pulled this form theirs Asses.)

Who get burned in the story? Hum? Who?

    Owhahahahahahahahahahaha!

Don’t Owe, or Do owe, but we can’t make them pay cause we can’t get the money.
    Two different things.

There is no money so of course you can’t get the money!

The result is the same. And the original TBP is still sailing plus two new more boat with more guns and more speed!

    YOU LOST! parasites!

Time to surrender, you Frenchies from Univers Sale! And take a shower!
You stink and your mind stink too!
