The Pirate Bay reloaded. Sort of.

p2pnet news view Freedom | P2P:- At 6:31 am Pacific, The Pirate Bay was back online.

Sort of.

But all you could see was text. No logo. (http://thepiratebay.org/blog/171).

For the hell of it, we did a search for Inglourious Basterds and up came another page, which produced.

Sort of. ;)

It was trying to load but beyond showing the results for the search, didn’t quite make it.

Back online in a few hours.) / We have, ourselves, full confidence that if all do their duty, if  nothing is neglected, and if the best arrangements are made, as they are  being made, we shall prove ourselves once more able to defend our  Internets, to ride out the storm of war, and to outlive the menace of  tyranny, if necessary for years, if necessary alone.

Even though large parts of Internets and many old and famous trackers  have fallen or may fall into the grip of the Ifpi and all the odious  apparatus of MPAA rule, we shall not flag or fail.

Yesterday, the site was down, well and truly.

What does this semi-reappearance mean?

Stay tuned.

UPDATE: It’s now loading properly (see comments below).

I’m doubtful those words on the site were written by the TPB crew.
None of it even vaguely resembles any of their styles of writing.

    Just an observation.
