Shows how upside down our society has become... 8( 2nd commenter: Sweden has generally speaking a rather lax view on punishment, and main focus is on rehabilitation. I don't know how well this plays out in practice, but Sweden has a rather low rate of crime in general. That is at least what I have been brought up to believe..
