    fark.com digg.com reedit.com .. its like a FNWWW every single day instead of just mondays! Jon i like reading p2pnet.. but what keeps me coming back is the original content that inspires discussion. Please keep that coming. Not this “hey all, check out my bookmarks for the week that I gave my own fantastic headlines”. Im sure their are those that appreciate it. As for myself I look forward to more anti-p2p stuff. Articles written from the heart, criticizing/agreeing with another persons opinions, and the odd satire is always interesting to read from you and the people who share their work with p2pnet. Im not a writer as you can tell. I like to think p2pnet has more talent than a practically empty page accompanied by some listed URLS with custom headlines likely leeched from some other social networking sites or google news.

    I read half the stories linked here before I even came across this page. This was my reason for this comment.

    its too early to spell names properly. As I said, Im a terrible writer.

    *keeps me coming back is the original content that inspires discussion*

    If Newton was not using work by a lot of people without paying them P2PNet would be nothing. He is by himself nothing.

  5. Marc Says:

    Hey lando calrissian,

    Good criticism.

    As i looked at some headlines during the week, those weird ones always catch my eye and make me laugh. When I sent it off to Jon I wondered if others would share the same laugh. So he put it up as a test.

    I have no problems not regurgitating the funny media headlines (I don’t do digg so unaware of it). And no, it wasn’t leeched off of google news or whatever. People actually look around in other countries media for whats going on and stumble across these headlines.

    As I told Jon, it’s a rough crowd here so this may not fly over well. So we tested the waters I guess.

    It doesn’t have to return next Monday. Easy as that.

    TY for the feedback.

    I take it the first “Reader’s Write” concurs with you, heh ;)

    The first comment is spam.

    @Watcher:

    And just what’s your claim to fame, besides still living with your mother, jerkin’ off to the Sears catalogue when she goes to the store, and crying to yourself, wondering can’t get a girl to like you?

  8. Devil's Advocate Says:

    @Marc:

    Don’t give it up on the first test, or the first negative criticism.
    Variety is the spice of life, and some of these types of stories can be either interesting or good for a laugh.
