Repo agents swoop on Pirate Bay buyer

p2pnet news view Freedom | P2P:- Dear, dear. Just when you thought things couldn’t get any worse for Global Gaming Factory X which, on Thursday, was to have become the official new owner of The Pirate Bay but didn’t, they’ve taken on an even murkier hue.

As p2pnet reported a week ago today, GGF boss Hans Pandeya hired a company called Peerialism to handle some of the production work.

But then CEO Johan Ljungberg, CEO of Peerialism was quoted by CNET News as saying, We have his signature on the contract, but he hasn`t paid and we haven`t done the work.

Ljungberg went on »»»

From the beginning we asked to see a business plan, the names of his investors, or to see some (technical specifications).

We still haven`t heard a thing the question marks are growing bigger by the day. We`re not quite comfortable with the situation. We had really high hopes and ambitions for our technology but I`m not sure if this is the right home for it.

And there have been many other problems, before and since, and despite the  crystal clear writing on the wall, bolstered by statements from Pandeya, on- and off-line media have kept things in a positive light by persistly reporting the deal as all but completed.

However, among Pandeya’s difficulties are certain tax problems, as p2pnet also said, quoting The Local, and now, says Aftonbladet, from whence came the pic on the right, repo agents have nailed Pandeya.

TorrentFreak quotes the article as saying having, “failed to pay a debt of some 780,000 kronor ($110,400) owed to the Swedish tax authorities,” yesterday, Pandeya`s car was towed, together with the motorcycle.

Will Pandeya say he was merely lending the vehicles to friends and, if he does, will it be reported as fact?

Stay tuned, and also see What`s up with The Pirate Bay? Part II.

So Sunde is going to be a father from prison. Let’s see if his lies save his ass over there.
Warg is seeing pink elephants from hitting that bong all the time.
Neij is trying to save Bittorrent running around with the servers under his arm while lying to his friends and running out of Swedish providers.
Lundstrom and Oded are zipping Martinis laughing their heads off while looking at the performance of Pandeya.
Pandeya should be on a marketplace selling magnetic therapy with rare earth magnets to treat all ailments.
Sellstrom is taking revenge. Bergman is running to the mountains.
Torrentfreak is ‘going IP ban and text filter’ on everybody. So much for freedom of information.
Anonymous is boring everybody to death with their DOS attacks.

What a bunch of amateurs. Greedy amateurs by the way. True pirates. Pirates kill their friends for the gold.
