‘Adu’ cybersquatter loses url

p2pnet.net News:- "Coming Soon," says FreddAdu.com, a url in the name of America’s most famous soccer star, 15-year-old Freddy Adu.

But don’t hold your breath because Adu, born in Ghana and who plays for Washington’s DC United, filed a complaint against Frank Fushille, who registered the url in 2002.

"Richard Lyon, an arbitrator appointed by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), ordered the domain name transferred to Adu after ruling that Fushille had acted in bad faith," says Reuters, going on:

"Fushille had contacted Adu’s agent seeking majority ownernship of the disputed site, participation in corporate advertising negotiations and admission to all matches."
