		<description>Think they&#039;ve got it ass backwards. How is making a cheap PC going to stop people from using pirated copies of Windows? It&#039;s not the cost of the PC&#039;s that is driving people away it is the cost of their software. The dusty nether regions of my brain seems to recall a article about people in Asia buying computers with Linux installed and once purchased, the consumer installed Windows instead. 

Why not be honest? &quot;We want to continue our monopoly and we&#039;ve decided to move our market into third world countries ... &quot;</description>
