Surreal on so many levels … :)
p2pnet news view | P2P | Music:- The phrase in the headline comes from Steve Turnidge and they refer to a collaboration between Robert Fripp and The Humans inĀ Bootz, their cover of Nancy Sinatra’s ancient(1966) hit These Boots Are Made For Walkin’.
Fripp is one of the founders of King Crimson, the early, and brilliant, UK progressive rockĀ band whose debut album, In the Court of the Crimson King, is listed as one of the 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die.

Best fripp solo is at the end of st elmo’s fire on another green world.
Cant say this is fripps best work. Kind of an overcovered song, and the humans just gave it a standard treatment.

Unfortunately, Robert Fripp has pretty backward views on music and digital technology. He’s still a genius, though.
