		<description>How is this going to be any different than what the RIAA has done in the past? Both are basing it on the fallacy that, IP = a distinct individual when clearly that is not the case. Their &#039;is this you?&#039; ad that is set to be used in a week or so shows this fallacy: funkbass@fileshare 64.165.10.xxx 2:27AM 9/23/04. Sound familiar? 

I just see more goon-like tactics headed in our direction and more RIAA style lawsuits. </description>
