Not everyone will admit to ILLEGAL file sharing if asked, which means the number of people doing it will invariably be higher than represented. I also couldn’t see where sample size was listed so again the results of this survey may be questionable. Based on my own experience asking family, friends and co-workers, I can tell you just about everyone does it. I’m a pretty good study of human nature and I’d be willing to bet good money that those who claim they don’t do it because it is morally wrong are lying as well. Even if they’re successful at lobbying for new laws, I just don’t see the entertainment industry ever winning their battle against piracy.

isn’t “nearly half” less than “most”? less than fifty percent is nearly half, so it’s not the majority.
