YouTube advertising horrors
p2pnet news view Movies | Advertising:- It’s getting close to Halloween.
But ghosts and ghoulies aren’t the only things that’re scary.
p2pnet’s official GooTube hunter Emma (Sophia) Newton checked out a few of the advertising horrors to be found on the video site.
WARNING: People with nervous dispositions should avoid the Ronald McDonald ad.
1. Scary. Very, VERY scary!
———————————
2. Enough to make you want to smash your piggy bank
———————————
3. Intentionally creepy, but still.
——————————–
4. Tell me honestly….. Will you ever be able to eat popcorn again?
——————————–
5. Ronald McDonald. Need I say more?
——————————
6. You really wanna leave your kids alone with this guy?
——————————
7. I’d hate to see the great grampa
——————————
8. No words can describe
—————————–
9. I know I’ve already included a BK one, but this was so awful I couldn’t resist
—————————–
10. And last but not least

After watching the Duracell commercial, I immediately thought of this vid, embedding disabled due to short-sited record company.

My wife and I always thought the BK ‘King’ was the creepy as heck, but

I liked the Puttermans commercials. I wish I could find copies of all of them in good quality.
As for the giant toys ad, I always wished my toys could be that size, especially the robots and ride-on toys.

Sorry, I never watch commercials.
And I never use glootube.

That Burger King “King” has always been a bit unsettling, and I believe that’s also intentional. Just look at that exuberant, yet vacant, unchanging expression. Brrrrrr…..

Here’s a creepy one for the game Obsidian. It’s not the best quality, but it’s the only copy I could find. I saw this on TV a few times.
