The Swedish court go the respect they deserve:

This is what happen when you serve the corporations agaisnt the people and when you illegally bend to foreign interest.

and according to TF ‘The Stockholm District Court has taken action
against two founder members of The Pirate Bay.
Gottfrid Svartholm and Fredrik Neij are now
banned from operating the site and will have to
pay fines of $71,000 each if they continue. This,
despite the fact that they nor the site remain in
Sweden.’

The Stockholm Court have failed because theyre issuing fines, and a ‘ban’(and the guys) to a site that is on longer in the Swedish Border

and if anyone is wondering I dont think any of the guys (ever) owned TPB, those 20 million people around the world own the bay! Including you and me! <3 ^_^
