I wouldn’t know how to write a p2p app, although I’d love to be able to. heh

But Yep, for the longest time, Kazaa was where it was at for the cartel, although it’s now branching out and hitting people who use eDonkey, etc.

But Kazaa got the cartel members on their feet, so to speak.

Where else can kids download so many low-quality, fake and corrupted files – and get sued at the same time?

Kazaa serves as a lightening rod for the RIAA attacks, keeping the rest of the more astute p2pers relatively safe and out of harm’s way.

i think the guy (singular) who runs this site doesnt have time to make his own P2P program, but it is a fact that nearly all of the lawsuits have come from users on Kazaa and kazaa is full of adware and spyware.
