Glyde – stuff for sale online
p2pnet news view | Products:- “You probably have hundreds of dollars worth of stuff sitting in your home collecting dust,” says Glyde.
“For the first time, it is truly easy to turn your stuff into money at a fair price.”
Not. because actually, and obviously, Glyde is a long way from being the first company to decide second-hand stuff can be sold online.
But it’s the latest. And there are differences —- including a return policy and no up-front fees.
List an item for sale, and it sends the packaging, it promises, and sellers can donate part or all of their proceeds to charity “with a click”.
“Glyde Corporation is based in Silicon Valley and was started by internet veterans from eBay, AOL and Excite,” it says.
