		<description>Very interesting developments. This has the potential to change the end result of global conflicts. Imagine watchdog groups being able to find and track military units in real time. The military must already have this technology one would think. Add the power of a million eyes to it and &quot;bad guys&quot; will have a much harder time hiding. A++</description>
