The free beta comes in 14 languages and is available to “26 markets worldwide,” states Microsoft..
It comes in the MSN Messenger 7.0 beta and updates to Hotmail.

How can a blog be more than a blog?
Regardless, if microsoft is involved they’ll probably make you sign an agreement so they own copyright and even patents for what you write in your own blog.
