p2pnet.net OT News:- Damageplan guitarist ‘Dimebag’ Darrell Abbott was among a number of people killed at a rock concert when a hooded gunman walked on stage and started shooting, say reports.

“Columbus [Ohio] police department spokeswoman Sherry Mercurio identified three of the victims of Wednesday’s shooting as Abbott, guitarist with the heavy metal rock band Damageplan, and two other men, Nathan Bray and Erin Halk,” says the Associated Press.

The unidentified man climbed onto the stage at the Alrosa Villa just as Damageplan was opening its show, says the CBC, going on that the man also killed a club bouncer and two other people before a police officer shot and killed him.

The band’s drummer, Abbott’s brother Vinnie, was also wounded, says Blabbermouth.

Two members of the audience were injured as the man fired into the crowd, say various reports.
