P2P United Cyber-Safety plan
p2pnet.net News:- P2p industry trade group P2P United says it’s developed new consumer advisories in coordination with the Federal Trade Commission.
The advisories will be built into member companies’ websites, software installation screens and the interface screens seen each time a program already installed is opened.
P2P United and members BearShare, Blubster, eDonkey, Grokster and Morpheus, will be represented on multiple panels at the Federal Trade Commission’s December 15 and 16 p2p workshop.

So we are to be shown what each time we start a P2P app?
“You are about to start a dangerous application that could leave you open to potential virii. Also you could leave yourself open to criminal prosecution if you download and/or share copyrighted material. There is also the potential that you could expose you and your children to pornography including cl0wn pr0n! In fact we urge to you to close this application right away or we will send the men in black round to convince you that you are a sinner.”
