		<description>The war against spyware should be won by educating users on what is likely to affect their system or not.  It is always better to never have got the spyware than have to remove it after it has potentially done the damage.  Microsoft should also look to their own software for a lot of the major problems. Internet Explorer is a prime example with ActiveX and very innocuous install-on-demand interfaces.</description>
