Apple sues ’secrets’ poster
p2pnet.net News:- Only weeks before the MacWorld conference in San Francisco, Apple is suing an unidentified individual who, “recently misappropriated and disseminated confidential information" and posted it online.
Apple filed its complaint in the Santa Clara California Superior Court on December 13 saying it didn’t know the defendants’, "true names or capacities, whether individual, associate, corporate or otherwise," says the BBC.
In December, 2002, “Apple sued a former contractor who allegedly posted online drawings, images and engineering details of the company’s PowerMac G4 computer,” adds the story.
