p2pnet.net News:- Take-Two, owner of the bloody Grand Theft Auto series, recently named one of the 10 worst video ‘games,’ and publisher of Guy Game, similarly named in the same list, is being sued by a Texas girl.

‘Jane Doe’ says she’s suffered, “humiliation, embarrassment and shame” since Guy Game came out last year.

That’s because Guy Game shows her topless in a picture taken when she was 17, says Euro Gamer, going on:

“Take-Two subsidiary Gathering, which publishes ‘The Guy Game’, developer Top Heavy Studios, and platform holders Sony and Microsoft, for whose PS2 and Xbox consoles the game is available, are all reportedly named in the suit.”

The game, “considered by most critics to be a poor game show derivative swaddled in low-grade soft-core pornography, involves answering questions to try and unlock photos and footage of young ladies cavorting during the Americans’ annual ‘spring break’ celebrations, during which – as far as our exposure to such events through MTV, The Simpsons and other television imports have informed us – young people get very drunk and dance around on beaches,” says Euro Gamer.

“The offending footage of the young woman was apparently filmed during the spring break celebrations on Texas’ South Padre Island, and the suit also claims that her image can be found on the game’s official website, where the girls’ first names are also reportedly listed.”

The Guy Game, “puts you in the world’s wildest party spot for the steamiest Spring Break action ever!” – says the site.

“Shot live at South Padre Island, this Red-Hot Trivia Challenge lets you play with over 60 smokin’ coeds during Spring Break Insanity, as they proudly show off their ‘assets’ for your personal enjoyment. You bring the party and we’ll supply the game – YOU’LL SCORE EVERY TIME!”

The site has a totally useless Age Verification panel. Anyone of any age can get into it with absolutely no trouble.
