Gimme a Big Mac. Hold the nail.
p2pnet news view | Off Topic:- When Yusuf Bercil chomped into a Big Mac at a McDonald’s in Gothenburg, Sweden, “After taking a first bite,” a large nail “pierced through his gum,” says The Local.
“The pain was indescribable,” he told the Metro newspaper, says the story.
It was a sharp metal nail, “about two centimetres long”. “It was stuck between my teeth and gums,” the story has him saying.
“I managed to get it out but then I threw up.
“What if one of my children had got the burger instead?”
McDonald’s staff were “unable to explain how the nail ended up in the food,” adds The Local.

I once ordered a pizza from a local place and while eating it, I bit into a twisted piece of wire. When I looked closer, there were several pieces of fairly thick wire mixed in with the cheese and finely-ground sausage. I called to complain and they said that it had probably come off the brush they use to clean the oven. Some of the wire got caught on something and then fell on the pizza while it was cooking. They sent me a replacement pizza free of charge and a 2 liter bottle of soda. I probably should have pushed the issue, but at the time I was young and just glad I hadn’t swallowed it. I never ate from that place again though.
