If it&#039;s out of copyright the community should do it. If it&#039;s deleted and back catalogue the record companies should do it. And use the AllOfMp3 model where you can have any encoding and quality you like and pay by the megabyte with typical DRM free 192K VBR MP3s at 0.01-0.05 dollars per  Mb.

Now why can&#039;t I find and buy Rebop Kawaku Bah&#039;s 1975 album of the Moroccan Genoua doing their drum circle thing? Well? Well?
