Wishing everyone the best. I expect that as many people get new communications toys/tools as gifts that readership will go up. The more the better, if we are to protect our rights.
This season I bought 100 of the Share CDs from Fading Ways Music and have been distributing them. It is great as a conversation piece to hand people CDs where the musicians specially want the music to be shared. We need to use our power as consumers to support these folks, and tell CRIA and like-minded organizations that: YOUR FIRED!
Next year will be an interesting one for P2P and other dis-intermediated communications systems, and I hope we’ll all be ready for it.
