p2pnet offline over weekend
p2pnet.net News Feature:- I’ve been sick as a parrot with a cough and ‘flu since well before Christmas, and I can’t seem to shake it off. So I’m taking a break over the week-end.
The p2pnet server is in the UK and on GMT, which means I’ve been able to post a few items today which’ll look like they went up tomorrow (if you see what I mean ; )
I’ll also miss Sunday (for the first time since I started p2pnet) but I usually only post a few items then anyway.
I’ll send out the newsletter – now back to normal after a series of pre- and post-Xmas glitches – on Monday, when it’ll be Business as Usual.
Cheers! And all the best …
Jon

Take the time to heal!
Take other weekends off too if you feel the need.
Don’t make yourself work too much!

Hey TT:
As I just emailed another reader — I took the day off yesterday, got up late (6:30 am ; ) went to the Big City in Victoria (Vancouver Island in British Columbia), cruised around, visited my daughter’s deputy grandma (whole other story), bought a cheap, made-in-Indonesia didjeridoo (but fantastic tone: gonna get me a REAL Aussie didj one of these days when I’m rich ; ) came back, watched Iron Giant with Emma (daughter), went to bed early, woke up still coughing and hacking, but feeling 100% better : )
Also spent some time chugging around on Drupal, which we’ll be switching to sometime in the next few weeks.
“End of story.”
Cheers!

Jon! Sorry to hear you’ve been ill. If it makes you feel better, you’re not alone, la familia here have been through more variety of illness in the past few months than a season of General Hospital. Sending you sunshine, eat citrus, write music! -maggie
