Douglas Adams – asteroid
p2pnet.net OTÂ News:- Asteroid Douglasadams is one of the 71 newly named celestial objects just announced by the International Astronomical Union’s Minor Planet Center in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Adams who was, as the world knows, the author of Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, already has asteroid 18610 Arthurdent named after the character whose adventures are the anchor for the Guide.
He died of a heart attack in 2001, aged 49.
