But I think it is safe for all of us to say, that posting such a list doesn't necessarily impact the chances of a site becoming a target. If we seriously look at the logic, a site is becoming more popular most times is based on one thing - web search. Would it not be safe to assume that the MPAA would do the same? Yes posting a list doesn't help the site's cause, as now more and more scramble to replace the fallen site, they will natural go to the next best. So that site continues to grow, the MPAA targets that latest one, and alas, we in time would then bid them adieu as well. P2P is clearly a votile business, let's just hope that MPAA starts to lose some more of their battles. Just my 2 cents.
