The same idea.. use completely foreign disks which cannot be burned on or read by a computer to market little videos for a portable player..  it&#039;s called video now and it&#039;s marketed to little kids who buy it hook line and sinker..

sony may attract gamers who want a few movies for their psp.. but for those who want a portable media player.. they can buy for the same price as a psp a much larger screened portable dvd player... and guess what.. IT  PLAYS DISKS YOU CAN BURN YOURSELF!

As for playing multimedia files.. archos makes one of those much cheaper and smaller than psp.. but they havent caught on because they dont use the much better XVID to play mpeg 4 files... thereby making divx look choppy and ungainly.</description>
