Sony reveals PSP movie prices

p2pnet.net News:- Would you pay 20 bucks for an old movie – even if it is playable on Sony’s PSP (PlayStation Portable) handheld?

That’s what Sony wants out of you for its UMD titles XXX, Hellboy, Resident Evil 2 and Once Upon A Time In Mexico, due out on April 19.

It’s also touting film House of Flying Daggers at $29, slated for release on the same date.

Oh. OK. We’ll have six of each.

  1. Reader's Write Says:

Can’t you buy old DVDs from like blockbastard for less than that and be playable in more than the PSP (without conversion)?

    TT

  2. Reader's Write Says:

    there’s always a sucker

  3. Reader's Write Says:

That’s some sh!ty selection they have there. Those are all average or below average (XXX) actional movies. Maybe it’s time they started concentrating on quality instead of mass producing sh!t.

  4. Reader's Write Says:

Yup. This smacks of the music indusrty (oh, sony is part of that?) switching formats all the time, and instead of giving me the updated format, I have to buy it.

  5. Reader's Write Says:

$20 for a small screen movie!
Thats what I call piracy! A DVD disc for the same movie costs around $15 or less sometimes.

All these MPAA and RIAA and all the people who sell arts (movies, music, mobile pictures, ringtones etc), Should start to realize that people are not slaves, and they do not work to pay them!.

Another thing, Kids are brainwashed from their youth age by watchn MTV and the rest of the RIAA backed TV stations, that if you hear artist X and dress like Artist X you`re cool and trendy,
I think, the RIAA Should realize, that these kids are the kids who use mostly p2p and who are usually the fans of these Artist X.
Y are u suing them? Your spitting in the Air, and in 10 or less years time, that spit, is gonna come down, and hit you in the face again!!!!!!
