US names 1st intelligence czar

p2pnet.net News:- The nominee for the new post of overall boss of US national intelligence, “looked the other way” when evidence of rights violations came to light, says Reed Brody, counsel to Human Rights Watch, quoted by the New York Times.

“Unfortunately, today the United States is involved in serious human rights crimes committed in the process of collecting intelligence. Is he just going to look the other way again?” – Brody asked, referring to American abuse of detainees.

Nominated by US president George W. Bush, John D. Negroponte, 65, now ambassador to Iraq, has faced “repeated scrutiny” for his work as envoy to Honduras from 1981 to 1985 when Honduran military units, some trained by the CIA, carried out kidnappings, torture and killings, says the story, going on:

“As the first director of national intelligence, Mr. Negroponte would oversee the C.I.A. and the other 14 agencies that are part of the nation’s estimated $40 billion spying enterprise. The post is the centerpiece of intelligence reorganization undertaken chiefly because of the failure to warn of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.”

Not at all incidentally, the US House of Representatives recently approved rules aimed at compelling all American adults to use federally approved “machine readable” – a frequently used euphemism for tiny radio frequency spy chips – ID cards, and Bush’s proposed $2.57 trillion federal budget for 2006 greatly increases spending on surveillance technology.

The Department of Homeland Security wants $847 million for an Office of Screening Coordination and Operations, “which would oversee vast databases of digital fingerprints and photographs, eye scans and personal information from millions of Americans and foreigners”.

It’s a sad day when someone with so much blood on his hands is now being fasttracked into high government positions.

Sure, Negroponte claims complete ignorance to the wave of mass murder that was carried out by his associates – probably similar to the same way that Adolph Hitler would have denied having any involvement or knowledge of what went on in the Nazi Concentration Camps.

The USA is slowly becoming a fascist country, and who better to run this Nazi police state than someone with vast experience in crushing dissent and insurrections, and violating human rights? Maybe Guantanamo and Abu Ghraib will no longer be considered aberrations but will become standard operating procedure in the new Police States of America.

What is happening in my country is scaring me. My uncle was a German soldier in World War II. He was put on the Russian front as punishment because he would not join the SS. He said before he died that what happened in Germany in the 1930’s is what is happening in the United States today. The Democrats and Republicans are both doing the same thing in different ways. They want to make slaves out of the American people.

What frustrates me more than anything else is the mindset of “lessor of two evils.” This is where people vote ONLY for Democrat or Republican because people in other parties have no chance of winning. It is a tragedy when people of either of these parties is elected President. It’s like a choice of voting for Stalin or Hitler. If American has any hope of averting totalitarism, they are going to have to get away from the mindset of Democrat and Republican and begin looking at sensible alternative while they still have the chance. The websites of two other parties are listed below:

If we do not make changes iin how we vote, the only thing that will save us is the acts of YHWH. It will take weather and other divine influences to knock out the infrastructure that is set in place to enslave us. We the people, for the most part will not be able to do it because our minds are already enslaved, and most of us don’t even know it. Each day, I see more and more of our rights and wealth disappear. IT IS TIME FOR AMERICA TO WAKE UP!!!
