Web co accuses MS of extortion
p2pnet.net News:- The owner of an Israeli web marketing company has filed a complaint with Israeli police against Microsoft for extortion.
Microsoft is threatening to sue Amir Ganes (owner of a Spam Company named ‘New Approach’) for $50,000,000 for sending Spam to Hotmail users "when sometimes masquerading as a hotmail user." says Israel’s NRG.
Bill and the Boyz say if Ganes publicly apologizes and coughs up the money, they’ll drop their demands.

So this corporate spammer that even operates in the open, now has the nerve to go to the Israeli police? Kind of like a pimp complaining to police that the mere sight of a church in the neighborhood is a threat to his business.
I never knew that threatening to file suit could be legally considered an act of ‘extortion’.
